At Pine Hill Farm, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our wellness community. All our products are shipped from our facility in Watertown, Wisconsin.
1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will begin processing the following business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major US holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure your wellness products arrive safely. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has left our farm, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package's journey directly through the carrier's website.
4. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International: We currently offer international shipping. Please note that shipping rates and delivery windows vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied by their local government.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
Pine Hill Farm is committed to your satisfaction. While we are not liable for carrier delays, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at support@pinehillfarm.co.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Include your order number and a photo of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim and getting a replacement sent out.
