I had been experiencing insomnia until I started taking this product. These gummies have enabled me to sleep at night. I take 1 gummy as I get into bed and I fall asleep within 5 to 10 minutes. I am usually able to get at least 6 hours of sleep. If I wake up around 4am or earlier, I sometimes take a half of 1, and am able to fall back to sleep. This product has been a lifesaver for me.

This is seriously the best product out there for natural sleep help. I used to be on sleeping prescription drugs then long story short I wasn't able to take them anymore so I've been searching for YEARS to find something that works to help me sleep and this stuff works!!! It's a life saver!

Deep Sleep
I suffer from insomnia/sleep issues. If I wake up around 2 or 3pm and realize I'm not going to be able to get back to sleep, I take 1/2 a Deep Sleep Gummy. I'm then able to fall back to sleep quite quickly. I don't l feel groggy from this upon waking unless I take it closer to my get up time of 6am or so. If I wake up at 4/4:30am or so and want to try and sleep longer, I take 1/2 a Mind Unwind gummy which generally helps me get back to sleep. Sometimes I feel groggy from this. I have used these products when for about 3 months. I have recommended them to my friends who are now trying them out. I am very impressed with the Pine Hill Farm products, staff and services.
