FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GUIDELINES
Pine Hill Farm strives to make wellness accessible and affordable for everyone. As a family of veterans ourselves, we are offering 50% off of our highest quality hemp extract sublingual oil to those serving or having served in the military. We also open this offer up to those on long-term disability and individuals that qualify as low-income. See qualification rules below. All financial assistance requests can be emailed to support@pinehillfarm.co with the subject: financial assistance request.
Limited to qualifying individuals only, excludes family members such as spouses.
Discount applies to no more than 3 bottles per month (greater than 50% discount will be considered on a case by case basis for those with physical injuries who require a higher than average daily dose).
Other requests for financial assistance for individuals outside of the qualifying guidelines will be considered on a case by case basis.
